Residential Development Römerstadt

On the area of a an­ti­ken Roman sett­le­ment the satelite town with 1.220 dwel­lings ex­tends over ap­prox. 1.5 km length along a hill over the Nid­da­tal. The land de­ve­lop­ment, partly ter­ra­ced hou­ses with deep uti­liz­able gar­dens (gar­den ar­chi­tect liver-genuinly Migge), partly flat con­struc­tions, fol­low in swung road gui­dance the ele­va­tor pro­cess. To the Nid­da­tal bastion-like look­out points are ad­van­ced. The only im­ple­men­ted in­fra­struc­ture - me­cha­nisms are a shop cen­ter to the Ha­dri­ans­strasse and a school of Mar­tin Na­tive of Al­sace (in the castle field 1-13, 1928-1929, today bro­thers and sis­ters Scholl school, ex­tend 1992-94 of Guen­ter Beh­nisch + part­ners).
