The buil­ding opens out toward the sur­roun­ding land­scape like a me­di­eval hel­met with its visor pul­led up, or a half-open eye. The Cápa (shark) Re­stau­rant dis­plays the in­flu­ence of the first Goe­thea­num as much as that of tra­di­tio­nal Hun­ga­rian folk ar­chi­tec­ture. My Wes­tern ar­chi­tect ac­quain­tan­ces viewed it as an ex­ample of or­ga­nic ar­chi­tec­ture, while my Hun­ga­rian fri­ends thought of it as a re­vi­val of Hun­ga­rian folk ar­chi­tec­ture.
