This struc­ture is the clea­rest il­lus­tra­tion of the architect's at­tempt to dif­fe­ren­tiate func­tions by for­mal means. This ap­proach can even be cal­led an ex­ample of con­cep­tual art. The restaurant's in­te­rior, an or­ga­ni­cally shaped quarter-sphere re­mi­nis­cent of a piece of fruit (with fur­ni­ture de­si­gned by Gábor Mezei), con­ta­ins a rai­sed gal­lery sec­tion. The part hou­sing the kit­chen is ar­ran­ged ac­cor­ding to strict right angles, co­vered in tiers that echo the site's na­tu­ral cha­rac­te­ris­tics.
