It ar­ran­ges pro­perty into the fol­lo­wing ran­ges: Along the stras­sen­front line up live -, ad­mi­nis­tra­tive and so­cial buil­dings; in­side the area are the pro­du­cing parts of the plant. The en­sem­ble co­vers house, gate, of­fice buil­ding, so­cial buil­ding, work­shop, clock and au­to­ma­tic con­trol­ler house, ma­chine and boi­ler house with chim­ney, 2 li­quid ele­va­ted tank. Beh­rens dif­fe­ren­tia­tes the buil­dings of the pro­duc­tion de­part­ment ac­cor­ding to ma­te­ri­als: Iron frame­work for ac­tive pro­duc­tion, buil­ding of bricks for the pas­sive. The buil­dings of the ma­nage­ment it adds still yel­lo­wish clin­ker­clin­kers as co­lou­red dif­fe­ren­tia­tion to the dark-violet iron clin­kers.
