The el­lip­ti­cal ad­mi­nis­tra­tion buil­ding is in di­rect pro­xi­mity of the lock Bel­le­vue: two So­li­taere, which face each other in­de­pen­dently. The cir­cle and the ma­te­rial of the outer skin, dark, polis­hed na­tu­ral stone, cont­ri­bute to the fact that the buil­ding be­co­mes part of the park land­scape. The outs­ide wings of the wood box win­dows, which sit con­cisely in the front, can be opened out­ward. The bright in­te­rior is di­vi­ded into four lying on top of each other of­fice rings, which its­elf around a gla­e­sern con­side­red, huge re­sounds with de­ve­lop­ment core puts.
