Novembergruppe

Group of No­vem­bers was a loose union of ra­di­cal ar­tists. Under the im­pres­sion of the No­vem­ber re­vo­lu­tion it was crea­ted on ope­ra­tion of the pain­ters max pitch stone and Cé­sar small in De­cem­ber 1918 in Ber­lin. To their pro­mi­nent mem­bers be­longed among other things the pain­ters Lyo­nel Fei­nin­ger, Was­sily Kandinsky and Paul Klee, which thaw com­po­ser Hanns Eis­ler and the ar­chi­tects Walter Gropius, Hugo Haering, Ludwig Hilberseimer, Ludwig bad van the Rohe, Bruno and Max.
