So far Chris­toph is long yard un­for­t­u­n­a­tely mainly by the ing­lo­rious plan­ning of a new buil­ding for the in­ves­tor ITAG on the area of the monument-protected Schimmelpfeng-Hauses ad­mits be­come. The draft sees the out­line of the bridge con­struc­tion for­wards in favor of three-ensemble, to which also a 118 meter high tower buil­ding be­longs. To­ge­ther with the neigh­bou­ring so-called zoo win­dow this mul­tis­to­ried buil­ding en­sem­ble is to form a “gate” to the Kant route. With this opening is lost un­for­t­u­n­a­tely be­si­des still the spa­tial shape of the broad se­pa­ra­ting place.
