Graduated from the Architecture Faculty of Warsaw's Polytechnical School in 1922, Korngold was a prominent figure of Polish modern architecture during the interwar. He settled in Brazil in 1940, and within the next two decades was responsible for important commissions especialli in the city of São Paulo.
