The seventh Architecture Biennale — the most important after Venice say the Brazilians — takes place until December 16 in the exhibition building by Oscar Niemeyer in Sao Paolo. During the summer months the Serpentine Gallery in London exhibits architecture on its lawn in the form of a temporary pavilion. This year’s design is by Rem Koolhaas and Cecil Balmond (Arup).
